EastWest produces sampled virtual instruments, from orchestras and choirs to world, rock and synth collections, along with the Opus software that plays them. Producer Doug Rogers founded the company in 1988; it owns EastWest Studios in Hollywood, runs development teams in Germany and builds its libraries for composers in film, television and games, as well as songwriters and producers.
