Overview
From a breath to raw power.
Voices of Soul puts singer C.C. White, recorded at EastWest Studios, into 76 instruments for the Opus Player. Sustained syllables, true legato and polyphonic chord patches let you play her lines and harmonies note by note. Over 600 recorded phrases, ad libs among them, are mapped across all 12 root notes and each plays from a single key. Close, rear and room mics shape the tone. Songwriters and composers can use it for a soulful lead, a chord harmony or a gentle background texture.
