Pianos Platinum.
Four sampled grand pianos with three mic positions each.
£199
Overview
Four grands, four characters.
Pianos Platinum gathers four grands in one library: the bright Steinway D, the mellower Bösendorfer 290, the Bechstein D-280 with its clean note separation for dense voicings, and the Yamaha C7, at home in stride, ragtime and blues. Every piano carries three microphone positions that you balance and load independently, with a lid control and impulse-response ambience to place it in a room. It runs in the included EastWest Opus software, as a plugin or standalone, for composers and players alike.
