Overview
Orchestral weight, analogue colour.
Hollywood Orchestra Opus Edition, Forbidden Planet and String Machine are separately sold EastWest instruments, paired here, and all three run inside the Opus engine. The orchestra is the core: sections and soloists from EastWest's Studio 1, with Hollywood Orchestrator turning chords into arrangements. Forbidden Planet adds the electronic layer, blending analogue synths with orchestral, choral and effects samples into pads, drones, basses and arpeggios. String Machine supplies vintage string-synth pads with its own modern strings, brass, woodwinds and vocals. Disk space: orchestra 944 GB, Forbidden Planet 54 GB, String Machine 13 GB.
