How can we help?
Answers to the questions we hear most, on buying, downloading, installing and authorising your plugins.
Buying & payment
How do I buy a plugin?
Add any product to your basket and check out. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider, and your licence is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by a certified payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.
Downloads & licences
When do I get my download?
Immediately. Everything we sell is a digital download, so your files and licence are available the moment your order is confirmed.
Where do I find my purchases again?
Your orders and downloads live in your account. If you cannot locate a purchase, contact us and we will help you recover it.
How does licensing work?
You are buying a licence to use the software, issued by the developer. Each product page and the developer's own licence terms explain how many machines a licence covers.
Installation & authorisation
Browse the per-brand install guidesHow do I install a plugin?
Every brand is a little different — see our step-by-step install guides for exact instructions per brand. In general: run the installer for your operating system, then rescan your plugins in your DAW.
How do I authorise a plugin?
Most developers authorise with a licence key or their own account manager app. The steps vary by brand, so follow the instructions supplied with your download.
The plugin is not showing up in my DAW.
Confirm you installed the correct format for your DAW and that its plugin folder is included in your scan paths, then rescan. If it still does not appear, get in touch.
System requirements
Will a plugin run on my computer?
Each product lists the operating systems and plugin formats it supports. Check these against your setup before buying, as system requirements are set by the developer.
Do you support macOS and Windows?
Support depends on the individual product. The compatibility details on every product page show exactly which platforms and formats are available.
Refunds & returns
Can I get a refund?
Because plugins are digital downloads, the right to a refund ends once you download or activate a product, except where it is faulty or not as described. See our refunds policy for the full details.
A product is faulty or not as described.
Contact us with your order details. If a product is genuinely faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
