Stormdrum 3.
Cinematic drums and rare world percussion for film.
£149
Overview
From taiko thunder to ticking clocks.
Stormdrum 3 samples drums, woods and metals from Mickey Hart's private collection and Remo's, with taiko drums also from leading Japanese builders. Taiko ensembles and big drums share it with shakers, hand drums and rare percussion that few libraries carry, plus tempo-synced performances by Hart, Greg Ellis and Chalo Eduardo. It plays in the included Opus software with five blendable microphone positions, and because it was recorded in Studio One, it sits naturally beside Hollywood Orchestra in film and game scores.
