Hollywood Fantasy Winds.
Sampled Celtic and early winds for fantasy scoring.
Overview
Winds the modern orchestra never had.
Hollywood Fantasy Winds samples wind ensembles, many with no counterpart in the modern orchestra: high and low Irish whistles, wooden Renaissance flutes, uilleann pipes and ocarinas. It is the third chapter of EastWest's Hollywood Fantasy Orchestra. It was recorded in EastWest Studio One and pairs true legato with a broad set of articulations. Three Moods (Classic, Soft and Epic) rebalance the mic mix and reverb and shift the weight between dynamic layers. It plays in EastWest's Opus software, for composers scoring fantasy films, series and games.
