Hollywood Strings 2 + Forbidden Planet.

Hollywood Strings 2 and Forbidden Planet are paired here as two EastWest libraries that both play in the Opus software. Hollywood Strings 2 offers a 21-player section recorded close in EastWest Studio 2, with six mic positions running from mics attached to the instruments out to surround. Forbidden Planet combines electronic synth layers with orchestral, choral and world sources, blended and filtered from one XY pad. Between them they span intimate drama cues and sci-fi, horror or hybrid scores.
