Abbey Road Vinyl runs a mix through the whole vinyl process, from cutting the lacquer to playing the finished record back. Two turntables are modelled, a professional mastering deck and a consumer DJ type, with three cartridge technologies that each shade the tone differently. Wow, flutter and surface noise are adjustable, so the result runs from a subtle glue across a mix to obvious retro damage. It works as a mastering colour and as an effect.
