MixHead.
A 90s style tape saturator for mix buses and single tracks.

Overview
Tape character without the tape.
MixHead recreates a long-discontinued tape saturation box and is a key part of Serban Ghenea's stereo mix bus; Serban supplied a preset of the settings he used most on the original. Rather than a faithful model of analogue tape, it gives tape-style saturation and dynamics from a few simple controls, with a tenth-of-a-decibel HF Adjust, selectable processing modes and a distinctive HF shelf. The original was mostly used on the mix bus; the plugin also suits groups and single channels, and its 3.75 ips mode adds heavier lo-fi distortion.
