NLS Non-Linear Summer.

NLS models the summing behaviour of three analog consoles, capturing how the mix bus and channel preamps interact rather than simply adding saturation. The three are a solid-state desk, a vintage British valve console and the desk used to record The Dark Side of the Moon, modelled from units belonging to well-known mixers. Different consoles can be used on different channels, modelled preamp hiss can be added or left out, and a bus component handles global changes.
