Morphoder is a vocoder that treats the talking-instrument effect as a starting point rather than the whole idea. A built-in polysynth supplies the carrier, or an external synth can be driven over MIDI, and filtered white noise is added so consonants stay intelligible instead of vanishing. Vocal formants shift independently of pitch and a five-band parametric EQ shapes the output. Modulation can be applied to the synth, the track, a sidechain or either channel.
