ToneCentric adds the overtones of valve equipment, modelled on the analog chain Greg Wells runs audio through in his own studio, with one knob setting the amount. It is designed to work two ways, wrapped around a mix bus in a single pass or applied in small amounts across many individual tracks where the effect accumulates. The high end stays bright rather than dulling, which is usually what separates useful harmonic enhancement from a blanket over the top.
