CLA MixDown gathers the four things engineers habitually put across a mix bus, bass shelving, treble lift, glue compression and console colour, into one plugin tuned by Chris Lord-Alge. Two compression flavours cover different kinds of glue. The console section emulates an overdriven SSL, so it serves for subtle weight or can be pushed until it grits. The interface stays deliberately simple given where in the chain it sits.
