Distortion, per band.
MultiMod Rack is a three-band multiband host for distortion, holding three instances of Abbey Road Saturator, Berzerk or MDMX, or six other effects including autopan, chorus, compressor, delay and reverb. Splitting a signal into bands before distorting it is what keeps the result articulate rather than a wall of noise, since the bass can be driven quite differently from the top. Four modulation sources switch between LFO and step sequencer, and input amplitude works as another.
