Sixteen bands of limiting.
The L3-16 spreads maximisation across 16 virtual bands, with the display showing attenuation, EQ and priority as three separate curves so the processing can be seen rather than inferred. Priority decides which bands give way when material gets dense, which is what allows a master to be rebalanced during limiting instead of merely made louder. There are 21 release characters, from warm and classical to punchy and modern, and three band slopes for broader or narrower control.
