IR360 is the surround version of the convolution engine, delivering over 2,000 spaces in 5.1 rather than stereo. That matters most in post, where a space has to surround the listener instead of sitting in front of them. You can also capture an impulse of a location you have shot in and load it here, so studio-recorded material matches the field recordings. Tails can be shortened, extended and reshaped, and third-party impulses import.
