eMo Generator produces test tones, sine waves and pink noise, which sounds unglamorous until the moment you need one. Paired with a spectrum analyser it exposes filter curves, differences between EQ designs and distortion components. Sine waves find room resonances and ring out PA systems, while pink noise mixed into a monitor path approximates listening in a car. Gated noise has creative uses too, supplementing an acoustic snare. It comes with the eMotion LV1 live mixer.
