COSMOS analyses the samples already on your drive and tags them by what they actually sound like, so a file named asdf_12C.wav becomes findable. Instrument, timbre, style, key, BPM and sonic character are all detected by a neural network rather than read from filenames or folders. You then search in plain terms, a saturated kick, a bright reverby drum loop at 120 BPM, and results appear regardless of how anything was named. Favourites and collections keep regular sounds to hand.
