The C6 extends the multiband idea to six bands, four with fixed crossovers and two that float freely so a narrow problem can be targeted wherever it sits. Each band offers compression, expansion, upward expansion or limiting alongside dynamic EQ. Release can be smooth, fast or automatic, and a sidechain input locks processing to another track. It is aimed at detailed repair and shaping on masters, drums, synths, heavy guitar and anything covering a wide frequency range.
