WaveLab Pro 13 is Steinberg's mastering and editing suite. The Audio Editor works on single files with sample accuracy; the Audio Montage arranges multiple clips and tracks, compares them with a loudness-matched reference track, then writes a DDP image or several formats at once. A complete Dolby Atmos mastering environment sits beside these workspaces, with its own renderer. This education licence is for students and teachers, who must show proof of eligibility; activation runs through an online Steinberg account.
