Overview
Louder, with the mix intact.
CGII is the signature loudness processor of Sterling Sound mastering engineer Chris Gehringer, built with Make Believe Studios and Metric Halo. Two complementary stages do the work: Density brings up low-level detail and bloom without touching transients, while Loudness raises RMS level and excites harmonics. A lookahead true-peak limiter holds your ceiling, and with dither, DC blocking and LUFS metering on board it can end a master chain. Each stage also earns a place earlier in the mixing chain.
