Cubase Pro 15 is the most complete edition of Steinberg's DAW. Over Artist it raises group channels and physical inputs and outputs from 32 to 256, and adds VCA faders, AAF and OMF support, and a Control Room for cue mixes. Version 15 brings AI stem separation, the UltraShaper dynamics plug-in and redesigned Expression Maps, all exclusive to Pro. Activation is account based through Steinberg Licensing and needs an internet connection. VST 2 plug-ins are not officially supported and cannot load natively on Apple silicon.
