MBEQ.
A digital EQ with switchable 1960s BBC console colour.
£75

Overview
The EQ you can play.
MBEQ is a parametric equaliser tuned to the workflow of Rick Carson, owner of Make Believe Studios in Omaha. It opens with seven fully parametric bands and takes up to twelve. Drag the points on the curve, or learn the quick keys: a Control, Option and Command click lets you play it like an instrument. Switch on the Sauce, modelled on the studio's vintage Pye TVT console, a BBC design, for a big 1960s British EQ tone. Off, MBEQ is much like a new take on Metric Halo's channel strip.
