Overview
Humble reeds, modelled in detail.
Model T uses spectral modelling to recreate a simple, widely sold reed electric piano of the late '70s: each note is synthesised from stacked sine waves rather than played back from recordings. With no samples there are no velocity layers to switch between, and the noises of the keyboard's mechanism are modelled along with its warm, darkly bell-like voice. A sustain pedal the original lacked can be enabled, and the tone takes well to effects.
