Overview
Every harmonic, tuned by ear.
Markus 88 recreates an 88-key tine electric piano through synthesis instead of sample playback. Sampleson analysed the original's spectrum at each note and velocity, rebuilt it and tuned every harmonic by ear. With no velocity layers to switch between, dynamics change smoothly, and an adjustable non-linear velocity curve alters how the harmonics respond to your touch. It runs as a VST or AU plug-in or as a standalone app, with no Kontakt or other player required. Online activation is required; Pro Tools is not supported.
