Fire Piano Bass recreates the piano bass that many bands relied on in live shows, using spectral modelling rather than recorded samples. Playing harder moves along one smooth curve instead of stepping between velocity layers, and the mechanical noises and releases that give the instrument its character are recreated too, with controls to adjust them. Use it for a straight bass part, or carry a melody in the low register on the strength of its rich harmonics.
