Overview
Fix the room, then build a new one.
The Acoustica 8 Ultimate upgrade moves an existing Acoustica 8 Premium licence up to the top edition, lifting the editor from 10 to 16 channels so sessions can run to 9.1.6. It adds three repair and space tools, in the editor and as DAW plugins: DeVerberate 3 reduces or boosts the reverb already in a recording, DeFilter evens out room colour and resonances, and Verberate Immersive 2 places new reverb across a surround or immersive bed. Everything from Premium carries over.
Highlights
Channel limit rises from 10 to 16, up to 9.1.6
Deep-learning DeVerberate 3 strips room reverb from dialogue
DeVerberate manual mode adjusts reverb level and decay for music
DeFilter evens tone to a speech, music or reference profile
DeFilter removes comb filtering and resonant peaks or dips
Verberate Immersive 2: algorithmic reverb for surround and 3D mixes
All three also run as VST3, AAX or AU (Mac) plugins
Deauthorise the old key; Ultimate's key then authorises every plugin
