Verberate 2 shapes its tail with Vivid Hall, a time-variant algorithm that mimics the small, constant shifts of a real space, so long decays fade smoothly without resonances, chorusing or pitch drift. Version 1's Legacy Hall remains as an alternative. A separate true-stereo processor supplies 15 early reflection patterns calculated in real time. Dispersion, used with the decay editor, reproduces a classic plate's long high-frequency decay, and Vivid Hall's Swirl adds the cloudy motion of vintage digital units. It works in mono and stereo; surround and immersive formats need Verberate Immersive 2.
