White Room is a recreation of the classic digital reverb sound closely tied to landmark hip-hop records from the late 1990s and early 2000s, conceived by Detroit producer Jake Bass of F.B.T. Studios with Make Believe Studios and Metric Halo. Rather than a page of algorithm settings, it offers three controls: Mix, Pre-Delay and Length. That keeps the focus on the track, so a deep, polished space behind a vocal, a drum bus or a guitar takes seconds to set, with factory presets as a starting point.
