Grit and aliasing, by design.
PPG Wave 3.V recreates the PPG Wave, Wolfgang Palm's eighties wavetable synthesiser, as a plugin. Each voice pairs two wavetable oscillators with a 12 or 24 dB low-pass filter, and a switchable emulation recreates the aliasing of the Wave 2.2, 2.3 or 2.V, or leaves it out. Version 2 adds an editor for building and importing wavetables, more factory tables, the Microwave-inspired Mutator randomiser and a resizable window. It runs only inside a DAW, and one licence covers up to three computers.
