Overview
Subtractive synthesis, simply laid out.
Retrologue 2 is a subtractive synthesizer plug-in built to recreate the warm, fat sound of analogue hardware. An arpeggiator and an effects rack sit inside the instrument, so a patch can carry its own pattern and processing. The sound runs from raw basses and leads to fragile pads, dark drones and hard-edged comps. Account sign-up, the installer download, registration and activation all need an internet connection.
