Spring reverb, subtle to unhinged.
Twangstrom recreates the odd, resonant character of classic spring reverbs through physical modelling rather than impulse responses, simulating the wavefront travelling through each spring. Three reverb tanks are modelled after popular units found in guitar and instrument amplifiers. A drive stage, filter, envelope and modulation matrix, plus a twang control that literally shakes the springs, make it a creative effect as much as a reverb.
