ShimmerVerb.
A reverb with pitch shifters on its tail for ambient layers.
£75

Overview
The classic shimmer, made playable.
ShimmerVerb pairs a big, lustrous reverb with pitch shifters that work on its tail, so one note blooms into layers a fourth, a fifth or an octave away. The shimmer sound once took a pitch shifter patched into a reverb, a technique Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois made famous on U2’s The Unforgettable Fire; here both sit in one window. Feedback lets the tail cascade indefinitely, while the Ribbon and HotSwitch reshape it as you play guitars, keys, synths or vocals. Activation needs an iLok account but no dongle.
