Recordings edited note by note.

Founded in 2000, Celemony develops Melodyne, Peter Neubäcker's note-based audio editor, which finds the notes in a recording and lets musicians reshape their pitch, timing and tone. Its patented DNA Direct Note Access made single notes inside chords editable, and the ARA interface it presented with PreSonus ties Melodyne into DAWs. Capstan uses DNA to detect and correct wow and flutter, and Tonalic fits recorded performances by studio musicians to a song's chords, tempo and groove.
