The signal chain moves onto the track.
Reason 14 Upgrade moves a qualifying licence to Reason 14, rebuilt around the track. The Track Panel puts the selected track's devices, sends and levels in the sequencer, each track gets its own Rack column, and the Rack can float like a plugin window. The old layout stays available. It is for owners of Reason 1 to 13, Reason Rack 14, Reason 11 Suite, Reason Student/Teacher, Balance with Reason Essentials or Record. Reason 13 licences bought or upgraded from 1 March 2026 include a free upgrade to Reason 14.
