RANDOM Metal is a monophonic percussion synthesizer built from twenty curated engines, covering crisp hats, dark cymbals, shakers, cowbells, claps and tuned bells. Pick one of more than forty matter types, then hit RANDOM and set the deviance to nudge a sound or throw it somewhere new. An XY pad reaches into each engine's own parameters, and you can fire twelve pads or play a matter chromatically. It is meant to replace a folder of one-shot drum samples.
