7DeadlySnares builds snare drums from seven engines instead of a sample folder. Pride and Sloth draw on classic rhythm box snares, Wrath delivers the dry boom bap crack, Envy sculpts noise for an eighties feel, Greed adds a tunable fundamental so the snare sits in key, Lust replaces white noise with granular water recordings, and Gluttony layers foley texture. Every engine has three variations and four macros, a triangle morphs between three altered versions, and a large preset library gives you a starting point to tune to the track.
