Boutique Mallets is an ADpak for Addictive Drums 2 that pairs a wooden kick and toms from Finnish maker Wacco, tuned with traditional rope tensioning, with dry, low Meinl Byzance cymbals. The drums were sampled with mallets as well as sticks in the large live room at Soundtrade in Stockholm, and swelling cymbals help carry one section into the next. It suits gentle folk songs and cinematic cues alike. As an expansion, it needs Addictive Drums 2 to play.
