Studio Bösendorfer Upright Standard Library.
A sampled Viennese upright with four mic positions.
Overview
Upright in build, grand in voice.
Studio Bösendorfer Upright Standard Library samples the Bösendorfer Grand Upright 130 on Stage B of Synchron Stage Vienna, its keys played by a noise-free robot finger. This edition holds four of the eight microphone positions: a close ORTF pair, a darker pair behind the piano and the Decca tree's left/right and centre. Adding the Extended Library gives the Full Library: the other four, plus 5.1 and Auro 3D 9.1. The free Synchron Pianos software runs standalone or as a VST, AAX or (on macOS) AU plug-in, with EQ and tuning down to each key.
