Synchron Duality Strings (regular) samples two string ensembles playing at the same moment: 52 players in the reverberant hall of Synchron Stage A and 27 in the smaller, drier Stage B. Stage Balance in the Vienna Synchron Player, standalone or as a plug-in, slides between them with no separate libraries to layer. These strings play without mutes; con sordino is a separate collection. The Standard Library holds 328,926 samples (57 GB) and the core mics of both stages; bright, ribbon, surround and 3D mics need the Full Library.
