Studio German Upright 1904 Standard Library.
Four mic positions on a 1904 C. Bechstein upright.

Overview
Small-concert-grand sound in its main playing range.
Studio German Upright 1904 samples a C. Bechstein upright built in Berlin Kreuzberg, recorded in the more controlled room of Stage B at Vienna Synchron Stage. The piano is mellow yet clear, with a warm, sonorous bass. Through its main playing range it sounds more like a small concert grand than an upright. This Standard Library edition carries four of the eight microphone positions for stereo work: the XY close pair, the sphere mic over the piano, and the Decca Tree's stereo pair and centre mic. The other four mics and the surround presets come with the Full Library.
