Virtual Guitarist IRON 2.

IRON 2 is a sampled electric guitarist for rock and metal. In Player mode you hold chords and it performs them in the style you choose, with sounds running from lightly driven to outright aggressive. Instrument mode lets you play the downstrokes, upstrokes and muted plucks yourself, for riffs of your own. Its stomp boxes sit before the amp, which reacts to what they feed it. No guitar skills are needed, the phrases and sounds are royalty-free, and Apple silicon Macs run it under Rosetta.
