Virtual Guitarist AMBER 2 Upgrade is for owners of the original AMBER and gives them AMBER 2, a steel string acoustic recorded from scratch. Player mode turns held chords into strummed and picked parts across 30 new styles, and now lets you drag its phrases into your DAW as MIDI. The new Instrument mode hands you the strings: you play every strum, picked note and mute yourself while holding down each chord. If you still run the original, the two share no samples, so they can double-track a part without phase cancellation.
