PSP Wobbler is a modulation effect developed with engineer Alan Parsons, recreating the Frequency Translator behind the modulation on Pink Floyd's Time. It uses frequency shifting to create non-harmonic phase differences, blending phasing, flanging and rotary-like movement. Modern controls extend it well beyond the original device.
