It aims for modern impact and a distinct kit character rather than a generic finished sound. It ships with 16 ready-to-use kit presets spanning power metal, art rock, prog rock and classic rock.

Meet Hertz.
Hertz Instruments is the software arm of Hertz Recording Studios in Bialystok, Poland, home of the Polish metal sound. Working with developer Alex Yashchanka, the Wieslawski brothers built Hertz Drums, a virtual instrument capturing their studio's drum sounds for rock and metal.
