Toolbox is a foley collection of manual tool sounds, capturing hand tools such as axes, saws, hammers, wrenches and screwdrivers alongside office and utility items. Recorded dry with high grade microphones, the tools are used both conventionally and experimentally, plus supplementary metal and wood impacts. It is useful for layering impacts, adding mechanical texture and building workshop scenes.
