One installer per plugin

XHUN Audio installation.

XHUN Audio releases a separate installer for each plugin, so you only download the ones you bought. Set aside about ten minutes. You will need the activation code from your licence email.

How to install and activate

    Redeem your Coupon/Serial

    Go to Xhun Audio's Coupon Authentication page and enter the Coupon/Serial code from this email, plus your email address (typed twice to confirm).

    TIPUse the same email address you want your Xhun Audio User Area account to use — the code attaches to whatever email you enter here.

    Your activation code

    It is in your licence email, in the purple panel. Signed in? It is in your account too.

    Sign in to your User Area

    Once the code is redeemed, sign in to the Xhun Audio User Area with the email address you used above to see your licensed products.

    Download and install

    From the User Area, download the installer for your product and platform (VST/VST3/AU) and run it — no further activation code is needed inside the plugin.

    TIPOn macOS Catalina or later you may need to bypass Gatekeeper for the plugin the first time you load it — Xhun Audio's support page has the exact steps.

    Repeat for each product you bought

    Each product has its own code, so redeem them one at a time and download each product's installer from the User Area.

If something goes wrong

My code is not accepted

Codes are entered exactly as sent — paste rather than retype, and keep or drop dashes exactly as the steps say. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we will sort it, usually the same day.

The plug-in does not show up in my music program

Check you installed the format your program uses and rescan its plug-in folders. The XHUN Audio help pages cover each program's scan settings.

I bought this but have no email

Check spam first — licence emails arrive within minutes of payment. Nothing there? Contact us and we will resend it.

I bought several products

Each product has its own installer, and codes only unlock the product they were issued for — work down your order one at a time.
