One installer per plugin

Wave Alchemy installation.

Wave Alchemy releases a separate installer for each plugin, so you only download the ones you bought. Set aside about ten minutes. You will need the activation code from your licence email.

How to install and activate

Install your plug-in

    Download the installer for your product

    Use the download link in this email, or open your product's page on wavealchemy.co.uk and download the installer for your system. The demo installer is the full plugin — your serial number unlocks it.

    TIPTriaz has two installers: run both the Triaz Plugin Installer and the Triaz Demo Content Installer.

    Run the installer

    Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts. Choose the plug-in formats your music program uses (VST3, AU or AAX).

    TIPOn Mac you may need to allow the installer in System Settings → Privacy & Security the first time.

Unlock it

    Enter your email address and serial number in the plug-in

    Load the plug-in in your music program. The first time it opens, an activation screen asks for your email address and serial number. Type each one and press return, then click Activate. This needs an internet connection once; after that the plug-in works offline.

    TIPAlready running the demo? Click the three-line menu in the top-left corner of the plug-in and choose Enter Serial.

    It is in your licence email, in the purple panel. Signed in? It is in your account too.

    The activation screen closes and the plug-in opens normally, with no demo banner.

    Repeat for each product you bought

    Every Wave Alchemy plug-in has its own installer and serial number, so work through your order one product at a time. A full licence covers up to five of your own computers.

Triaz Expansion Bundle content loads inside Triaz or Triaz Player rather than installing on its own — download it from the link in this email and use the browser inside Triaz to load the expansions.

If something goes wrong

My code is not accepted

Codes are entered exactly as sent — paste rather than retype, and keep or drop dashes exactly as the steps say. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we will sort it, usually the same day.

The plug-in does not show up in my music program

Check you installed the format your program uses and rescan its plug-in folders. The Wave Alchemy help pages cover each program's scan settings.

I bought this but have no email

Check spam first — licence emails arrive within minutes of payment. Nothing there? Contact us and we will resend it.

I bought several products

Each product has its own installer, and codes only unlock the product they were issued for — work down your order one at a time.
