UJAM installation.

UJAM products are installed and unlocked through UJAM App. Set aside about ten minutes. You will need the activation code from your licence email.

How to install and activate

    Redeem your partner code

    Go to UJAM's Redeem Coupon Code page, enter the code from this email, and click Next.

    It is in your licence email, in the purple panel. Signed in? It is in your account too.

    Connect your UJAM account

    Follow the wizard's Connect Account step to sign in, or create a free UJAM account — the redeemed licence attaches to it.

    Install the UJAM App

    Download and install the UJAM App for your OS — it's the single hub for installing, updating and authorising every UJAM plug-in.

    Download your plug-in from the App

    Open the UJAM App, sign in with the account from step 2, and download and install the plug-in you redeemed — it activates automatically.

  5. 5

    Open your DAW and check

    Restart your DAW so it rescans for new plug-ins, then load the plug-in on a track to confirm it opens without a trial notice.

If something goes wrong

My code is not accepted

Codes are entered exactly as sent — paste rather than retype, and keep or drop dashes exactly as the steps say. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we will sort it, usually the same day.

The plug-in does not show up in my music program

Check you installed the format your program uses and rescan its plug-in folders. The UJAM help pages cover each program's scan settings.

I bought this but have no email

Check spam first — licence emails arrive within minutes of payment. Nothing there? Contact us and we will resend it.

Yes — UJAM installs and licenses everything through its own app; the guide above starts there.
